- P of NYS, a multi-service organization with 24 Affiliates and one Service
Division, is a nationally recognized leader in the care and treatment of
people with disabilities.
- CP of NYS provides a variety of community-based programs and services,
including Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education Services, Adult
Day Programming, community living supports, and a variety of Family Support
Services which help more than 10,000 families with the responsibility of
caring for a family member with a disability.
- CP of NYS offers technical assistance, sponsors statewide meetings,
provides opportunities for information-sharing and networking among Affiliate
Executive Directors and staff, and works to ensure that state public policy
positively impacts the lives of children and adults with disabilities and
their families.
- CP conducts legislative activities that give our Affiliates, consumers,
and their families a voice in State Government
