Notice To NYS Lodges: Any lodge in NYS
that has an Antlers Program may submit material in Adobe Acrobat format
(PDF) or in Microsoft Word in the event that you do not have PDF
capabilities. Send materials to me at the email address showing at the
bottom of this page.
Terms-of-Usage: By making a submission you are certifying
that you have read and understood the Terms-of-Usage. This page is for
any NYS Elks lodge that would like to have their Antlers activities
posted. Submissions should be in concert with the following statement:
"Each time a child is identified on a web page they become exposed
to nefarious individuals who try to locate children using specific
information found on web sites. It is imperative that when a child is
listed or pictured that there be the least information given that could
be used to locate that child. Only using first names not last names is a
good start. We strongly recommend not using the name of
their school, Parents or Grandparents name and refrain from using
pictures with a child in front of an easily identified landmark or in a
jersey or uniform with their name showing. It is understood that these
ideas may be difficult to live with, however we must honor our
children without puttingthem in harms way. Please keep this
foremost in your mind as you recognize the wonderful accomplishments of
the young folks involved in your Antlers Program."
We reserve the right to refuse any submission that is not in harmony
with above statement. We also reserve the right to refuse any
submission that contains photos that exibit the presence of alcohol or
cigarettes. Other rules may apply without notice.
