| This committee shall promote the designated Major Projects of the Association and disseminate full and complete information concerning same to eacb Lodge. This committee shall carry out the program of tbe New York Elks Major Projects Corporation in accordance witb the rules, regulations and procedures adopted by tbe Association. The Chairman shall file a written report with the Secretary of the Association, and report to the membership concerning the activities of his/her committee. The MAJOR PROJECTS Committee shall operate, manage, and control the Major Projects of this Association. It shall apply and expend for charitable purposes, and no other, monies paid to the Major Projects Fund by the Elks of New York or any other persons or corporations. It shall plan and execute campaigns and activities for the raising of additional monies to further said Major Projects. In any matters relating to the raising of funds or the disbursement of money, the advice and consent of the majority of the members of the Board of Trustees shall be first obtained. A full and complete report of all activities and an accounting for all funds received and expended by said committee shall be submitted to each annual meeting of this Association. |
